If your number of documents per month exceeds the LITE plan limit, you will automatically be upgraded to the corresponding PLUS plan for the month.
*An accurate monthly sales report (.csv) from your sales platform with one currency per country counts as one document.
**An annual report is included at no extra cost when you have been subscribed for a full financial year.

Annual reports

For active companies

Send us your bank statements for the reporting period in both PDF and CSV formats. We will review them and provide a precise price quote for preparing an annual report.


For dormant companies

If your company had no transactions or activity during the financial year, the fee for an annual report is 79€.

Do you offer custom or one-time services? ❯
Yes! If your needs don’t fit neatly into a plan - for example, special filings or one-time accounting tasks, we’re happy to provide a custom quote.
Can I change or cancel my plan later? ❯
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan with notice. We don’t lock clients into long-term contracts.
If my LITE package exceeds the monthly document limit, how long will the PLUS package rates apply? ❯
PLUS package rates apply only for the month in which the LITE package limit was exceeded.
Is VAT included in the listed prices? ❯
All prices are shown excluding VAT.
