Company registration
What documents do I need to register a company?
❯
To register a company online, you need a valid Estonian e-resident ID card.
How long does the registration process take?
❯
Once we’ve received all the required information and the invoice is settled, we prepare and submit the registration. In most cases, the company is registered within one business day.
Can I register a company without being an e-resident?
❯
Yes, but only through a notary in Estonia. At the moment, we do not offer notary-based registrations.
Can I register multiple companies?
❯
Yes. There is no limit to the number of companies you can register as an e-resident.
How can I open a bank account for my company?
❯
Most e-resident companies use fintech or online banking providers such as Wise, Revolut, Paysera, or Wamo. Unlike traditional banks, these providers usually allow remote verification and do not require a physical presence in Estonia.
Accounting services, annual reports and liquidations
How often will I receive reports?
❯
You will receive monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets for your company.
If my LITE package exceeds the monthly document limit, how long will the PLUS package rates apply?

PLUS package rates apply only for the month in which the LITE package limit was exceeded.
Can you provide financial statements for investors or banks?
❯
Yes, we can provide financial statements for an additional fee.
My company is not on your accounting package. Can I still order an annual report?

to submit your request.
Do you offer company liquidation services?
❯
Yes. Email info@tuneup.ee
with your company name, and we will provide the necessary information and a quote.
Legal address
Is a legal address and a contact person mandatory for my company?
❯
Yes. As an e-resident, your company is required to have both a legal address and a contact person in Estonia.
What kind of mail will you receive on my behalf?
❯
We receive official letters addressed to your company and forward them to you by email, scanned. This ensures you don’t miss important legal correspondence from Estonian authorities. While most routine business communication is digital, certain legal notices must be sent by post to your registered address by law.
I have a company registered at another address. Can I move it to yours?
❯
Yes, we can arrange the address change for you. You will need a valid e-Residency ID card. To get started, fill in the legal address form or email info@tuneup.ee
I want to complete the company registration application myself and only need a legal address and a contact person. Is this possible?
❯
Yes. Simply fill out the legal address form, and we will contact you to set everything up.
Do you have any restrictions on business activities you do not support?
❯
We do not support businesses requiring special licenses or permits, such as financial services, crowdfunding platforms, excise goods trading, or cryptocurrency trading.
